About the
course

The Facilitation Design course is an experiential journey tailored to equip you with an arsenal of core skills and strategies to facilitate high-impact innovation initiatives, viewed through the lens of design thinking. This course provides a foundational understanding of the entire spectrum of facilitation in design thinking, spanning from assembling diverse, cross-disciplinary teams, traversing all stages of the double diamond framework, to delivering the final product, all while considering business objectives, project nature, and participant roles.

You will be thrust into interactive simulations that underscore the significance of visual, co-creative, and generative facilitation methods.
